Let's Make Up And Be Friendly is the fifth and final original album by the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band. The group had already disbanded when United Artists Records (the successor label to Liberty Records) informed band members that the group owed the label one more album. This farewell album was the result.

Differences between British and American versions: UK's Rusty fades out at end, while US's Rusty does not fade out and continues on past where UK's ends. There is more time between "Waiting for the Wardrobe" & "Straight from my Heart" and between "Bad Blood" & "Slush" on the UK album than the US.
