Lester B. Pearson High School is a high school located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, administered by the Halton District School Board. Founded in 1977, the school is named after the former Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson.
The school has just over 800 students enrolled from local communities. The school is one of the smallest secondary schools in Halton Region. Despite being a small school, Lester B. Pearson is competitive in high school athletics, winning Halton titles in both men's hockey,led by Dylan Such, and basketball, in the previous year. In 2002, the men's baseball team won their first OFSAA provincial championship at the Rogers Centre in Toronto. Always strong when it comes to Athletics especially in Male Hockey and Basketball. Famous alumni of the school include actor Ryan Gosling, singer-songwriter Sarah Harmer, President of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party, Blair McCreadie, the Globe and Mail's European Bureau Chief Doug Saunders and rock band Finger Eleven.
