Lester & Orpen Dennys

Lester & Orpen Dennys was a Canadian book publishing company.
The company launched in 1973 as Lester & Orpen, and changed its name in 1979 after Canadian publisher Louise Dennys joined the company. Writers who published with the company included June Callwood, Morley Torgov, P. K. Page, Anne Collins, George Jonas, Modris Eksteins, Gabrielle Roy, Alberto Manguel, Joy Kogawa and Sandra Birdsell.
The company merged with Key Porter Books in the early 1990s. Dennys subsequently joined the Canadian division of Alfred A. Knopf.
