Leslie Hale, Baron Hale

Charles Leslie Hale, Baron Hale, (13 July 1902–9 May 1985) was a British politician for Labour.
Hale was Member of Parliament (MP) for Oldham from 1945 to 1950 and for Oldham West from 1950 to 1968.
On 24 April 1972, he was created a life peer with the title Baron Hale, of Oldham in the County Palatine of Lancaster.
