Leroy S. Johnson (died 1986) was the leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a religious group with strong belief in polygamy based out of Colorado City, Arizona, USA.

Following Johnson's death, he was succeeded by Rulon Jeffs.
