Leprosy is the second album released by Death in 1988. It was a massive step forward since 1987 debut, and the first example of the familiar Scott Burns hyper-heavy sound - he engineered Leprosy sessions and later was used as the producer for the majority of death metal and grindcore albums of that era. The cover is shown in Metal: A Headbanger's Journey.
