Leo Frederick Burt (born April 18, 1948) was an anti-Vietnam war protester known for his involvement in the Sterling Hall bombing in 1970. Burt fled to Canada where he and his fellow bombers were tracked by the FBI. Despite having been on the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, Burt has neither been captured nor heard from since the bombing.

Burt was born in Darby, Pennsylvania. During this time he showed no signs of becoming a radical. He grew up in a Catholic family and attended Monsignor Bonner High School, an all-boys parochial school. He was also an athlete and enrolled at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
