Lennard Pearce (born February 9, 1915 in London; died December 15, 1984 in London) was a British actor who mostly worked in theatre. He gained world fame with the role of Grandad in BBC sitcom Only Fools and Horses. Pearce studied drama at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, in London. Lennard was also a notable trilby wearer.

Pearce died of a sudden heart attack at the age of 69 during the production of the Only Fools and Horses episode "Hole In One" – the episode was moved to later in the series, and scenes he had filmed on location prior to his death were re-shot with Buster Merryfield as the replacement character Uncle Albert.
