Leninade

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Leninade is a lemonade soda that is served in an old fashioned glass bottle. The bottle's contents and label are red. The labels shows an image of Vladimir Lenin as well as several slogans in yellow text. Many of the slogans make fun of old Soviet propaganda, or contain other Soviet related puns such as "get hammered and sickled".

[edit] Ladies of Leninade

Leninade is a cult phenomenon, and one of its biggest draws is the clever ads and gorgeous ladies that sell the "Red Beverage" and its merchandise. Leninade Ladies have even been featured in the Russian Language version of Maxim Magazine.[1]
