Lenggries is a town in Bavaria, Germany. Lenggries is the Main Town of the de:Isarwinkel. The town has about 9,500 inhabitants, and is located at 47°40′N, 11°34′E.

Lenggries sits on the Isar River, 700 meters above sea level.

Lenggries first appears in documentation in the Year 1220. 1924 the Railroad connects, which starts the importance of tourism for Lenggries' economy.
