Lena Ek (born 16 January 1958 in Mönsterås, Sweden) is a Swedish politician and Member of the European Parliament. She is a member of the Centre Party, part of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe.

She sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. She is also a substitute for the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality and the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety, and a member of the delegation to the ACPEU Joint Parliamentary Assembly.
