Using this template is pretty easy. Just insert this text into the External links section of a video game article:
{{Lemon64 game|id=<id>|name=<game title>}}
and replace <id> with the unique ID given to each game.
For <game title> insert the name of the game (the default is to use the pagename). For example:
{{Lemon64 game|id=1265|name=I, Ball}}
would give you this:
I, Ball at Lemon 64
