[edit] Copyvio removal
Unfortunately, the entirety of this article's previous text is an apparent copyvio, taken from this webpage, which itself acknowledges the text is taken from a book by some advisor to the Honduran Ministry of Foreign Relations. I've deleted the text and replaced it with a temporary stub until it can be rewritten without copyvio concerns.--cjllw | TALK 06:18, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
