Leisure World of Virginia

Leisure World of Virginia is a highrise condominium complex in Lansdowne, Virginia, for senior citizens. It is run by IDI group, the same company that runs Leisure World of Maryland, which was a location of the 2002 sniper shootings.

Leisure World is comprised of 7 towers, and several medium and low density buildings. It also features a tennis court, cafeteria, and pool.[1]

The first building was completed in 1998[2]. As of 2006 Leisure World was still experiencing expansion.
