The Legislative Districts of Albay, namely the first, second and third districts are the representations of the Province of Albay in the Philippine House of Representatives. Albay was divided into three congressional districts from 1907 to 1931, into four congressional districts from 1931 to 1946. It was reduced back to three congressional districts after Catanduanes was separated from it in 1946. During the duration of the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984, it was part of the representation of Region V and from 1984 to 1986, it had 3 assemblymen elected at-large.
