The Legislative districts of Agusan del Norte, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Agusan del Norte in the Philippine House of Representatives. Until 1969, it was part of the representation of the Agusan Province, until it was divided into Agusan del Norte and Agusan del Sur on June 17, 1967, which entitled each province to its own representation. During the duration of the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984 it was part of the representation of Region X. On October 15, 1986, it was divided into two congressional districts.
