The lone Congressional District of Batanes is the representation of the Province of Batanes in the Philippine House of Representatives. It was established in 1909, after Batanes was reestablished as a province on May 20, 1909. From 1907 until its reestablishment in 1909, it was part of the representation of Cagayan Province. During the duration of the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984, it was part of the representation of Region II.
