The lone Congressional District of Abra is the representation of the Province of Abra in the Philippine House of Representatives. It was established in 1919, after Abra was reestablished as a province on March 9, 1917. From 1907 until its reestablishment in 1919, it was part of the representation of Ilocos Sur. During the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984 it was part of the representation of Region I.
