Leggett & Platt (L&P) (NYSE: LEG) is a manufacturer that specializes in bedding components, home furniture components, foam, fiber, non-fashion construction fabrics, ornamental beds, steel bedding support, coated fabrics, adjustable beds, carpet underlay, steel wire, aluminum products such as aluminum grills, chair parts, shelving racks, lighting fixtures, display fixtures, and automotive seating parts, some plastic components and lumber. L&P has been in business for more than 120 years. They reported revenues of $5.3 billion in 2005.

The company is headquartered in Carthage, Missouri.
