Legal Week is a UK weekly trade news magazine providing news and analysis for commercial lawyers in the UK and major international jurisdictions. The average net circulation, as of 30 June 2006, was 32,247.
Legal Week magazine includes:
- The latest legal news;
- A weekly feature, which includes articles written by both in-house and external contributors;
- A dedicated Deals section, covering all the biggest deal stories of the week;
- The Big Question survey, which canvasses the opinion of top lawyers on the big issue of the week;
- Law In Business, which covers Legal Developments, Management, Corporate Counsel and IT;
- Career Clinic, an interactive feature in which career advice can be shared by contributors; and
- The Diary, an irreverent look at the week's events.
Legal Week is the only legal title to win the Periodical Publishers Association Business Magazine of the Year Award, in 2001-02.
Legal Week's Events team manages a number of events for the profession including the Legal Week Awards, the Legal Week Corporate Counsel Forum, the Legal Week Strategic Legal Forum and the Legal Week Private Client Forum.
Legal Week's website (legalweek.com), relaunched in January 2007, features daily news alerts, blogs, user-generated content and an archive of over 27,000 stories, The legalweek.com jobs board offers the latest jobs in private practice and industry.
