Legacy Tower is a 72 story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois currently under construction. The building will contain 360 luxury condominium units, as well as provide 460 parking spaces. [1] Additionally the build will integrate 41,000 sq ft. (3,809 square meter) of classroom space for the Illinois Institute of Art in the lower floors. The site where the building is erected will preserve the historic facade of the Jeweler's Row on Wabash Ave.
The buildings narrow design was intended to provide vantage points of the lake and park for all units owners.
