Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust

Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust TSX: LGY is real estate investment trust (REIT) established in 1997 and owner of 24 hotel and resort properties most of which are located in Canada, but it also has a couple in the US. It merged the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and former CP Hotels and Resorts banner. It operates under the Fairmont and Delta names.

It has a 24% stake in Fairmont, the rest held by Colony Capital, LLC and Kingdom Holdings Company. Legacy is based in Toronto, Ontario
