A diagram illustraighting the difference between several types of wrap tricks for poi.
The grey lines in the leg wrap illustrates the plane of swinging of the poi. The grey lines / dashed lines in the groin wrap illustrate the movement of the plane of swinging for this variation compared to the leg wrap. The dashed lines in the ankle wrap diagram illustrate the position of the legs compared to standing.
