Left Behind IV is the fourth film in the movie series, based on the Left Behind book series. Cloud Ten Pictures has revealed on their site that a script is in the works and will hopefully be completed around 2007's end.

André van Heerden has expressed that he would like the entire cast to return for the next installment.[[1]]

Many fans have speculated that the movie will be based on the third book, Nicolae. Heerden mentions that the fourth film will NOT be based on the third book, rather an original story that incorporates the characters from the previous two films and based on Biblical prophecies. Beyond that, nothing new is known about the storyline or returning characters.
