Lebensmittel-Wissenschaft & Technologie (Food science and technology in (German), usually abbreviated as lwt.) is a Swiss-based peer-reviewed scientific journal, published by Elsevier in Amsterdam. In a 2005 Journal Citation Reports article, lwt had an impact factor ranking of 1.155.

As of 2007, its current editor-in-chief is I. Studer Rohr of the Institut für Lebensmittel-und Ernährungwissenschaften in Zurich, Switzerland. In the United States, its editor-in-chief is Rakesh K. Singh of the University of Georgia.

lwt is also the official journal of the Swiss Society of Food Science and Technology (SGLWGT/SOSSTA).
