[edit] Do PISD SIs belong?

Since PISD is a completely seperate entity from the city of Plano, as some citizens of other cities go to PISD schools, as well as some Plano citizens go to schools in other school districts, I'm not sure that SI of PISD schools should be included with the mayors and city managers of the city. this could be a seperate template for PISD leaders perhaps with SI and BOT or something of the like.
