[edit] Copy and Paste Job
Um...this isn't an article about "IEEE P1484.12 Learning Objects Metadata Standard", but rather this text was simply cut and pasted from said document, ie: this is some sort of introductory text from the standard itself. I have no idea if there are any copyright issues with our reproducing part of an IEEE standard, but this is certainly not a proper article. I'll try to look into what can be done here tomorrow. func(talk) 05:47, 2 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Revision
Hi all
We have material which we would like to add to this page, regarding IEEE LOM. Based on http://metadata.cetis.ac.uk/guides/WhatIsLOM.pdf, would anybody object to the overwriting of material already present here? The wikified draft is available at Learning object metadata/draft. [edit] Suggestion for further addition
Although the heading is Learning Object Metadata, most of the content is about part 1, the information model: it would be good to have something on the XML binding and maybe something on RDF work so far. --Philbarker 10:49, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] MediaWiki LOM
I know it wouldn't be proper to place this in the article since it's a kind of self reference, but there has been some discussion at Meta about developing a Wikiversity/MediaWiki version: MediaWiki LOM. Expert help is very likely needed (as if there's not enough to do already ;). • CQ 23:38, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
