Talk:Learned intermediary doctrine

[edit] Removed speedy deletion tag

This article, assuming it is not a copyright violation, does not meet any of the criteria for speedy deletion. In response to the {{nn-warn-reason}} message on his User Talk page, the author wrote, "Please note -- this is distinctly not promotional in nature.. I have no business whatsoever that has any relationship to the Learned Intermediary Doctrine. As for citations, it is extensively and explicitly cited. The balance is my original work. I will rewrite it a bit to have a more encylopedic tone, but offer it to the community because I value the Wkipedia and use it frequently."

I have removed the speedy deletion tag, and will mark the article with appropriate cleanup and category tags. The subject of the article is encyclopedic; it's a well known doctrine in product liability law (Google hits: 283,000) and deserves an article. Let's try to get some help from domain experts and edit this into shape as a good article! --MCB 21:24, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
