I'm a bit surprised that this entry doesn't contain any information about the many important negatives regarding these devices. Especially the noise and air pollution they generate. They aren't merely a nuisance, but a genuine health risk, particularly for people with athsma or other respiratory ailments.

I'm surprised about the Overview. It's more a list of American laws governing Leaf Blower's use than it is an overview of leaf blowers. What about using a leaf blower in Venice? Perhaps a photo even? Actually, I'ma go to the hardware store tomorrow and take me a photo of a leaf blower, for this article. eagle 14:09, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
