I just added the words about Leadbetter being artificial. This is just a summary of some things I learned while I was at the Santa Barbara City College. There are a lot more details and a huge history about the harbor itself and how wrongly placed it is. When I have more energy I intend to find some oceonagraphic articles about the beach, the and the downshore currents.

Also, Leadbetter has another name with the locals, Auroro Burro or something like that, but since I can't exactly remember what it's called or find any information on it throught the web I left it out.
