Leatherhead Food International, or LFI is a food reserch complex in the Town of Leatherhead, Surrey, England. with a history over 85 years.

Founded in 1919, to support the global food and drink sectors. Marketing, Technical analysis and research through to market data and regulatory guidance.
The LFI regulatory advisory service covers 140 countries and is available in 12 different languages.
Other important LFI activities include the provision of large-scale public and private funded research and analytical projects for the FSA, EU and Department of Health; a complete suite of consumer and sensory services, running topical conferences and comprehensive training programmes, and providing tailored on-line information packages.
