Rationale for use: This is the only photo of the acutal explosion of La Coubre that I have been able to find anywhere. No copyright status is given for it on the Cuba-based website from which I made this screenshot. The purpose of the website in question is to disseminate information about terrorist incidents that have occurred in Cuba, and it is my belief that the use of this photograph in the article La Coubre explosion is in keeping with that objective.
