The Law and Society Association (LSA) is an association founded in 1964. Its members come from many fields and countries and are interested in "the place of law in social, political, economic and cultural life." The journal of the LSA is Law & Society Review.

The LSA's executive office is located in the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. The editorial office and review office of the Law & Society Review are respectively located in the University of Wisconsin, Madison and University of Minnesota.
