We need to categorize this fellow's branch of Christianity. I hate to use "fundamentalist" or "evangelical," although some might use the former. "Free-will Baptist?" Also, is he an ordained or practicing minister? Yakuman 27:33, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

Well, this source isn't considered a reliable source since it is a blog comment, but (if you scroll through the comments) Vance says, "I am an orthodox evangelical Christian in every sense of the word, and an independent Baptist by denomination." I have read a fair number of things by him or mentioning him, and I am not aware of any source stating that he is ordained/practicing as a minister. DickClarkMises 03:18, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

In this source, which probably is usable under WP:RS, it seems pretty clear that Vance is a Baptist. DickClarkMises 03:36, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
