Lauren Burrows is a Canadian radio personality, who currently hosts programming on CBC Radio 3.

Born and raised in Burlington, Ontario, Burrows first got involved in radio broadcasting with CITR-FM, launching Rhymes and Reasons with The Tessimist and DJ9, and also a late night hip hop program, INSOMNITRAX on CHKG 96.1FM. In 1999, she entered the radio broadcasting program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and then worked for Corus Entertainment's Vancouver stations CHMJ and CKNW before joining Radio 3.
