Lauren Ash (born in Belleville, Ontario) is a Canadian comedic and dramatic actor.

Recent television credits include Punched Up, Across the River to Motor City, Sketch with Kevin McDonald and the CMT Canada fictionalized reality series The Wilkinsons. Recent film credits include Camille and Lars and The Real Girl.

Lauren was a member of the Second City National Touring Company for two years. She is currently appearing in Tip of the Melting Iceberg at The Second City in Toronto. She was also a writer and performer in The Second City Reloaded and Bird Flu Over The Cuckoo's Nest. Lauren was the recipient of two 2006 Canadian Comedy Awards, one for Pretty Funny Female Improviser and one for Pretty Funny Sketch Troupe for The Second City Reloaded.

She is one half of the sketch duo CORY! with Leslie Seiler, a member of the hit improv show Sass and the City and one half of up and coming improv duo Hot Lawyer.
