Laura Elizondo Erhard (born on August 28, 1983 in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico) represented her country in the Miss Universe 2005 pageant, held in Bangkok, Thailand on May 31, 2005.

On September 10, 2004, Laura Elizondo participated in the national beauty pageant Nuestra Belleza Mexico, held in San Luis Potosí. Winning the national crown and becoming the second from the state of Tamaulipas to do so since the pageant first began in 1994, Laura Elizondo obtained the title of Miss Mexico Universe, which gave her the right to represent Mexico in the Miss Universe pageant. There, she placed as the third runner-up to Natalie Glebova of Canada. She also placed third in Best National Costume. Elizondo stated that although she did not win, she is satisfied with the results as well as her accomplishments within the competition. On September 2, 2005, Laura Elizondo was succeeded by Priscila Perales of the state of Nuevo León as the national titleholder.
