Latin America's most important businessmen

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The following is a partial list of Latin America's Most Important Businessmen. The list initially was put together according to an event that occurred in Mexico City on May 23, 2003 for 30 of Latin America's biggest businessmen hosted by Carlos Slim Helú, Latin America's richest man. The purpose of the gathering, officially dubbed "Latin American Businessmen: An Encounter Between Fathers And Sons," was for these business leaders to get to know each other.[1] Additional business leaders or individuals with a high net worth in Latin America who did not attend the event are also included on the following list, with a mark next to their name.
