- The song was featured in "Weird Al" Yankovic's song "Angry White Boy Polka" on his 2003 album Poodle Hat.
- Christian Parody band ApologetiX, released a parody of this song titled Life Restored. According to the band, they have modified the original song's "homicidal tendencies".
- Wrestler Sick Nick Mondo used this as his theme in CZW until his retirement from wrestling in 2003.
- The main riff of the song is sampled from Iron Maiden's instrumental track Genghis Khan from the Killers album.
- Richard Cheese covered the song on his record Lounge Against the Machine.
- In the music video there are many posters for radio station KRXQ 98 ROCK. This is the rock station out of Sacramento, CA that Papa Roach credit has jump starting their career. Inside the "Infest" booklet are thanks to DJs of the radio station.
