Laser is a steel roller coaster at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in South Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania, in the United States.
Laser is a portable coaster, and was formerly known as Colossus (erected at Playcenter São Paulo) before moving to Dorney Park. Because it is portable, and not attached to the ground, the ride is anchored by pools of water.
The trains on the Laser use a single lap bar to hold riders in the seat. This design works because the forces from both loops and helices press riders in their seats, and are a common feature with Schwarzkopf looping coasters.
Unlike the other major roller coasters in the park, there is no bag storage on the ride platform, so guests must take everything with them. Also, during normal operations, riders cannot choose seats on the train.
For the 2007 season, Dorney Park replaced Laser's original brake system with a magnetic brake system, as well as a new chain for the lift hill.
