Rep. Larry Bell
Larry Moseley Bell is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's twenty-first House district, including constituents in Sampson and Wayne counties. A retired school superintendent from Clinton, North Carolina, Bell is currently (2007-2008 session) serving in his fourth term in the state House. He is also one of the Majority Whips.[1]
