Larry Keating

Larry Keating (born in June 13, 1896, in St. Paul, Minnesota, died August 23, 1963) was an American actor who was known for portraying many witty and urbane, although often curmudgeonly types. He is best known for his role as Mr. Addison on the television series Mister Ed, (until his death in 1963). He was also an announcer for NBC radio in the 1940s, and also the announcer for ABC radio's "This is Your FBI" (1945-1953). He played in the movie "The Mating Game" (1951) with Thelma Ritter and Gene Tierney.
