Larry Eugene Phillips, Jr., (September 20, 1970February 28, 1997) is best known as one of two men who attempted to rob a bank in North Hollywood, California on Febuary 28, 1997. The attempted robbery resulted in a 44 minute long shoot-out, the longest in urban warfare history, which eventually ended with the death of Larry Phillips and his partner.
