Larry Ball

Larry Lauren Ball (born September 27, 1949 in Iowa City, Iowa) is a retired American football linebacker.

Ball was drafted out of University of Louisville in the 1972 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins. He also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions. During his NFL career, he participated in 79 games. Ball is best remembered for being the only player in NFL history to play for both an undefeated team, 1972 Dolphins, and a winless team, 1976 Buccaneers.

Ball currently works at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School in Miami, Florida.
