Larry Austin

Larry Austin (born 12 September 1930 in Duncan, Oklahoma) is a United States composer and the founding editor of the highly influential avant-garde music periodical Source: "Exploring new concepts, new materials and their interaction is essential to my work as a composer." He founded the improvisational New Music Ensemble at the University of California, Davis.
