Larks on a String (Czech: Skrivánci na niti) is a 1990 Czechoslovakian film directed by Jirí Menzel. It tells the stories of various characters considered 'bourgeois' by the Czech government in the 1950s, and have been forced with work in a junkyard for the purposes of 're-education'.
