Lara Spencer

Lara Spencer (b. June 19, 1969 as Lara Christine Von Seelen) is the New York City-based host of the syndicated television newsmagazine The Insider.
She also has hosted its sister program, Entertainment Tonight. Spencer hosted Antiques Roadshow on PBS for the 2004 and 2005 seasons.
A native of Garden City, New York, Spencer was a competitive diver and graduated in 1991 from Penn State University, where she studied communications.
Previously, Spencer reported for ABC News' Good Morning America and was also an anchor and reporter for WABC-TV's Eyewitness News. Lara started her career with Chattanooga TN's News 12.
Spencer is married to former CNNfn journalist David Haffenreffer. The couple has two children.
