Lappland can refer to:
- Official Swedish name of the Province of Lapland in northern Finland
- Old Swedish name of the historical Province of Laponia
- Swedish name of the western part of the historial Province of Laponia, the so-called Swedish Lapland in northern Sweden. The name is not in official usage anymore
- Marketing term used rather loosely for much of the northern Fennoscandia
Unlike the English word "Lapland", the Swedish word is not used to indicate the area specifically inhabited by the Sami people. Old Swedish word for the Sami area under Swedish control was "Lappmarken". Entire Sami area is today referred to as "Sameland" or "Sápmi".
