[edit] Flags of countries, which are not members of the EU

We shouldn't include the flags of countries, which are not members of the EU. Hence I just removed the flag of Russia in the line of the Russian language. If we would continue to include the flag of Russia in this table, we would have to include tons of other flags as well (e.g. USA for English, Switzerland for German/French/Italian, lots of flags for Spanish, Brazil for Portuguese ... well, you got my point, right?) - If you should disagree, let's discuss here first, please.
