I'm wondering if the near-escape with the roller coaster was planned. It was featured on television afterall. -- Mblaze

I agree: Also suspect it was really a "video effect", where the leap was actually done before the train appeared. Criss Angel's show is full of "EDITS" that he tries to pass off as spontanious tricks.

It was planned as it was filmed for one of his TV shows. However, it didn't quite go to plan during taping, and Burton escaped literally at the last moment. He is quoted to have said, "That was stupid!". I believe he shows that clip at the start of his stage show now. -TonyW 01:52, Jun 6, 2004 (UTC)
